English has been an important part of my life since childhood, from the visits of relatives from Australia to auto-didactic VHR tapes with funny characters teaching English that my father brought from a business trip to Germany. The excitement of learning languages has stayed with me to this very day, learning Italian, German, French, Spanish and Greek along the way. I believe it is this love for the foreign languages and cultures, together with my 9 years of experience as a teacher of general and business English that can help you find a way to English that will enable you to communicate and use this language as fluently as possible.

I started teaching children and teenagers at the Čepovan Elementary School in 2015 and then went on to teach adults at the People’s University of Nova Gorica. After my degree in English at the Faculty of Arts in Ljubljana and achieving the title Professor of English after taking a one-year course in Pedagogy and Andragogy at the University of Primorska, I also decided to take the Cambridge certificate for teaching adults (CELTA), which I took in the most beautiful English-speaking city in the world, Edinburgh in Scotland. It was there that I gained invaluable experience teaching English in an international environment, to all kinds of levels, from beginner to advanced, and most importantly, to students from all over the world, which is my passion still today. I love and appreciate the enthusiasm and willingness to learn from my students and am happy to meet their expectations and help them on their way of acquiring English.

Since 2020, I have been teaching adults in English with Ana school and have continued to successfully cooperate with other educational institutions, societies and language schools in Nova Gorica (LUNG, UNITRI) and Ljubljana (Lingula, Language Academy), where I teach general and business English.
